Important Qualification Conditions
- The cut-off date for educational qualification is 30 June 2026.
- Candidates applying for Graduate/Diploma Apprentice must have passed the qualifying examination within the last 5 years as on 30 June 2026.
- Candidates awarded CGPA/GPA/SGPA must produce the official conversion formula issued by their University/Institute.
- If the University has not provided any conversion formula, NPCIL will apply the conversion standards mentioned in the notification.

Important Instructions
- Apprenticeship training will be for a maximum period of one year.
- Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in any Government, PSU, or Private Organization are not eligible.
- Candidates who absconded during previous apprenticeship training are not eligible.
- Completion of apprenticeship does not guarantee employment in NPCIL.
- Selected candidates must execute an Apprenticeship Contract as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.
