Posts include Sub Inspector (AB/UB), Constable (AB/UB), Driver Constable, Forest Guard, Fireman, Assistant Jailor, Jail Warder, Grade IV and various technical & non‑technical posts. Educational Qualification (Post-wise)

• Constable (UB): Higher Secondary (Class XII) passed.

• Constable (AB): HSLC / Class X passed.

• Sub Inspector (UB/AB) & Assistant Jailor: Graduate in any discipline.

• Station Officer & Squad Commander: B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.

• SI (Communication): B.Sc (Electronics/IT/CS) OR Diploma with experience OR MCA OR B.E/B.Tech.

• Driver Posts: HSLC + Valid LMV/MMV/HMV License.

• Forest Guard: 10+2 Passed.

• Forester Grade-I: Bachelor’s Degree.

• Safai Karmachari: Minimum Class VI passed.

• Sub-Officer & Constable (WO/WT): HS (Science) with PCM.

Age Limit (As on 01 January 2026)

• Constable (UB/AB): 18–26 Years

• Sub Inspector (UB): 20–27 Years (Age Enhanced)

• Sub Inspector (AB): 20–25 Years (Age Enhanced)

• Driver Posts: 18–25 Years (Forest Driver up to 40 Years)

• Assistant Jailor / Jail Warder / Other Posts: 18–40 Years (Post-wise variation)

Medical Standard

General Health: Applicant must be in good mental and bodily health and free from diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, hernia, piles, respiratory diseases, knock-knee, flat foot or any deformity affecting duty performance.

Eye Sight: Distance vision 6/6 in at least one eye and not poorer than 6/9 in the other without correction. Near vision must be normal.

Varicose Vein: Considered temporary disqualification.
