Job Profile & Responsibilities
Defence Banking Advisor (Navy)
- Liaise with Indian Navy and Coast Guard HQs and units to expand SBI’s Defence Salary Package (DSP) and Indian Coast Guard Salary Package (ICGSP).
- Arrange meetings, act as single point of contact for complaint redressal, and assist in branch/ATM expansion.
- Generate business leads, coordinate advertising in defence magazines, and support marketing of DSP/ICGSP.
- Coordinate with Circle DBA for marketing and handling complaints.
- Assist in POS installation, account conversions, and claim processing for PAI.
Advisor (CAPF)
- Liaise with Central Armed Police Forces and State Police to promote CAPSP and related products.
- Arrange meetings with CAPF HQs, academies, and training centres.
- Act as SPOC for complaint redressal and assist in branch/ATM expansion.
- Generate leads, place advertisements in CAPF/Police magazines, and coordinate marketing.
- Facilitate POS installation, account conversions, and PAI claim assistance.
Circle Defence Banking Advisor (CDBA)
- Liaise with local army, navy, air force, CAPF and police units in the assigned circle (Kolkata, Lucknow or Pune).
- Conduct mass account opening/loan campaigns in cantonments, arrange POS machines, and promote DSP/CAPSP.
- Coordinate branch/ATM/e‑lobby expansion, handle complaints, and support KRA targets.
- Organise workshops, seminars, and awareness programmes for defence and police personnel.
